LemonDrop Long Drive Supports the Raleigh Testicular Cancer Foundation
“Raleigh Testicular Cancer Foundation (RTCF) Founder Matt Cross recently traveled to Southeast Missouri to attend the Second Annual lemon Drop long Drive Fundraiser hosted by the Walks Foundation. Founder Nate Gautier is a Testicular Cancer survivor and fierce advocate.
The event raised over $20,000, which was then donated to two local cancer centers and healthcare providers. One of the goals, missions, and taglines of the lemon Drop long Drive this year was “Communities Helping Communities.” Nate and his community were determined to raise funds to help cancer patients, caregivers, and survivors in other communities across the country. RTCF was graciously selected by Nate to be the national beneficiary of the LDLD and has since donated $8,100 of these funds to RTCF and our patient support program!
Nate is an outstanding human, leader, and citizen of his community. His willingness to be vulnerable, courageous, intentional, and live purposefully makes him easy to support and cheer for. He has an overwhelming love for his people, his friends, his community, and his family. Nate, thank you for your continued support personally and your support of RTCF and our important mission.
Thank you, Cape Girardeau, for accepting and welcoming RTCF with open arms and for your extreme generosity in raising funds that will go directly to supporting men with Testicular Cancer. Your impact will stretch and touch the lives of more people than you can possibly comprehend. So, for this, we are incredibly thankful.
We’re already looking forward to LemonDrop Long Drive 2023 and to start dreaming up LemonDrop Long Drive Raleigh in the future!”
